I'm surprised no one has asked this but in the demo of AVR they take an article form ezine articles and convert it to video. Is this a legal use of the article? If you use the article on a website you would need to give crtedit to the author and have their resource box etc. Can you address please.

I'm not qualified to pass out legal advice,or explain on behalf of another person's product but I am assuming the owner was using a pen name or just quickly showing how this could be done on the one video.

In the other video to the top left titled "Are you an ezinearticles author (click here)?" the owner clearly uses his name Sam Kumar to find an article in that one.

I can't give you legal advice, I just assume as you state that if you are using other people's articles you should give proper credit.

This has never come up because as far I know everyone has been using their own articles, or I would hope so seeing as there is no reason not too with the availability of PLR to copy and paste to make a video if you need to.

That's really all I can say about this. If you want clarification about the video then you should contact AVR support instead of me.

No, you won't have to buy the video submit robot membership also as it is included in your Article video robot membership.

If wanted to get 125 credits you buy that option and then you can make 125 videos that month and submit 125 videos that month.

You are able to submit your AVR videos for free every month according to your membership plan, and the 50% discount is for every month you remain a member also.

AVR currently submits to 15 video sites. They are YouTube, Blip.tv, DailyMotion, Facebook, Howcast, Metacafe, MySpace, Yahoo Videos, Photobucket, Revver, Sclipo, Veoh, Viddler, VSocial.

You could access all your video submission reports by logging into videosubmitrobot using your ArticleVideoRobot user ID and password.

I had this, but canceled my subscription. they have some very nice features, like video submission. However, at the core, I wasn't happy with the overall look and feel to justify the cost. You can almost just as easily cut and paste your article into various PPT slides, slap a background on them, a quick transition...and voila, you have the same thing, if not better. If you want sound, just record your own voice. I don't care how bad you think you sound, it has to be better than the computer generated voice.

Cost is my issue..the cost benefit ratio is not there for me...

2. Have you ever had any problems (closing your account) with any of the 17 websites for any reasons like copyright infringements or something? Are the voices and the music free for using?
3. If something like that happens, can I just use another account (change the login details from AVR and use a whole new account)?

That's it for now, I'll think of some more later.
Overall this could be a huge time saver so I will definitely look into it.

2. I've had no problems. I assume you use your own articles or plr so no copywrite issues.The music and voices are included free. You can upload your own voice as well.
3. Don`t know. Never had that issue I`ve heard of if you use your own content or PLR.
