I usually only work with a landing/squeeze page. Simply because it is better approach to gain subscribers then follow up with them for sales. A very small % actually buy anything online the first time they hit a page - even the ones on a buyers list. It's best to follow up with your paid offer after giving them a really useful free offer to sign up (and gain trust) and you'll find conversions will be much better (and you resell to them once on the list).

apparently there were no sales for this ad however an opt-in rate of 43% is very healthy and a lot of the subscibers are buyers so the chances of making sales in the future is very high.
