Fresh Member by Mark Thompson is another excellent membership plugin, I think value wise, Swift Member would be great for most membership websites (cost to features) although Mark Thompson is likely slightly better gauging on the # of features.

With this said Swift Member consciously covers what you need in a membership site with (1) simplicity (2) flexibility (3) results. Basically, it works well and it's cheaper.

Mark Thompson however which runs on a recurring fee will mean better future updates and support. I think you'll make an excellent choice whether you choose Fresh Member or Swift Member.

I bought Swift Member as I thought it had some attractive ease-of-use features but it is not as good as the Fast Member software I use. I posted a support ticket a week ago asking for a refund but I've been ignored. That's never, never a good sign!

Support is shocking with Swift Member, I just want to know where do i find the plugin, i only bought the develops license OTO2, so am i suppose to get something else? Nearly been 24hours, no support.

Has their live chat disappeared? Can't even find that..........this product is misleading, I have bought developer licence keys, I can't even use them without the plugin.....so how am i to onsell these?

Swift Member certainly seems like a good product but I think it may not be the best as mentioned earlier; if you're looking for something that works with sufficient value then it would be an effective choice. I hope you get your refund request responded soon.

I presume they may have quite a few support tickets to respond to and may take a few working days to process your request.

Sorry to hear about your struggles with Swift Member. I suggest that you request for a Paypal refund by disputing the payment directly. (You should likely win the case if they don't respond with digital products)

The live chat is likely removed after the launch since the demand would drastically be reduced after the launch to justify having a live chat. I suggest you still reach them through the support ticket and email.

I have had the same experience with Swift Member. Support tickets are not answered. I am going to have to get a refund too.
