hard time keeping up with all the customer support emails I'm

Sorry, it would be answering emails about products I'd be selling. The answers may need very minor research to answer the question.

For example, if I have a site on "dog grooming" and a customer of mine wants to know how long a Yorkshire Terriers hair should be kept before trimming it for a dog show, the VA may need to do minimal research to answer that customers question.

Other times, people are just looking for the download page that they lost.

That would be the support I need.

I would like to get your service also. I am developing a software now and would like to get it tested. I may just need 2 hours a day service so that I can keep up with the bugs and fix them and have it retested.
