We are now accepting again new customer for our fulltime outsourcing services. Right now we have 5 available staff in our office that you can hire as your virtual assistant in promoting your online business.

We guarantee that all our staff are well trained and knowledgeable in any kind of marketing job such us, authority sites back link, bookmarking, rss feed submission, article submission, and other marketing techniques.

If you hire one of our staff, she/he will work to you 8 hours a day 6 days a week. You will get daily report of what the staff accomplish.

The staff will only assist you in all marketing leg works, does not include article writing, coding , and designing.

Do your staff have access to US dialup connections? Some of our work requires ad posting for which we'd like our folks to use US based dialup access.

And, let's say you appoint a person to us whom we assign some job. For the period while they are being trained through our videos on what is to be done, who pays them? It really depends upon who the person is- you know. Some people "get it" in an hour. Others take tens of hours. So we need to know this- especially if we are to hire multiple employees overseas.

No we don't have dialup access to US.

Regarding training, if the job you want us to do for you is new in our side, we assign one of our supervisor to learn the system , all our staff are fast learner so I guess we don't have problem with that....

Well, Dialup access is required for the job I wanted to assign some of your guys, but thankfully some one on oDesk whom we've worked with previously has obliged us to take up our project.

At my site that is different service, it's a membership site and not a fulltime staff assign to customers.

What I am offering here is a fulltime staff that work for you 8 hours a day, 6 days a week for only $600 a month

My question is, my business moves a lot in regards to how much extra work I need help with, this is why I usually just outsource to freelancers. However, it would be much better to depend on one source like your team.

So, the question is, is there anyway someone can purchase X amount of hours, like in August I will probably need 120 hours of work to be done, but this week, like 6 hours...

We can make special arrangement with your need, we have many standby staff in the office working at our other sites that are ready to work with you anytime you need someone to work with you.. minimum of 8 hours or 1 day only, we are charging $3 per hour if per hour basis.

yes $24 a day... as long as the jobs are as I mentioned above no coding, designing, and article writing involve.

And you have 15 credits only to used, it's good if you have 1 site to promote only, but if you have more than one or you want to target a specific keyword or keywords that want to focus and continues job Fulltime staff is best option, if you have tight budget then Lexorsoft.net - Outsourcing Solution is good option

If you have or need any clarification you can ask it at site support page and we will reply all your concern there.

Also regarding source we have our own list... we are subscribe to angela's list also and we are using them in Authority site submission task in our site.. but we filtered the list because lot of those sites deleting links.... So what tested that are not deleting accounts are the sites we are usually use.

Because I do not have a set strategy ect.....

Would you also give me all the info on what was done and the info regarding any accounts that were set up that I need to know about, passwords, ect...

But first of all, you must agree if we suggest to change or modify the title of your site and description for onpage optimization. We need to start there, after we find a keywords that we agreed to target...
