All around workers will have different prices. But surely if you hire someone full time you can switch VA's, if you want someone to do Linkbuilding I can assign you someone and if you need someone to do websites I can change the VA for you.

I don't think that writing 3-5 articles per 4 hours is especially effective.

If your writer writes only 3 articles per 4 hours, that's 80 minutes for
writing 1 article of 400-450 words.

An article 400-450 words should not take longer than 45 minutes
for experienced writer, which gives 5-6 articles per 4 hours.


I would be interested in hiring a part time writer if he/she can write
5 original articles /400-450 words/ a day or 7-8 original articles/300-350
words.

I also need a fast and quality re-writer who can re-write (copyscape-
passed ) 10-12 short articles per 4 hours (about 300 words per article).
The original articles can often have 400-600 words and your re-writer
should compress them into 300 words.

Your writer should email me daily with workload report.

Do you think that you can provide such writer (part time) ?

Well mate, I respect you opinion.

For $7.50 a day for part time person, 3 - 4 articles means $2 - $1.++ per articlle. So its what we can do, we apologize if that is not what you are expecting..

So far things have gone very well and any issues that have come up have been quickly resolved by Jake.

Would highly recommend them.

Just an update. If you want to hire a VA and you don't have the time to train them. We can have our Project Manager's take care of them for you. Our project manager's know the in's and out's of SEO, Website Development and Management.

You can have a setup like this, you have 1 Project Manager to manage your needs, then he/she will have people under his/her team. For example SEO Project, the team will have a writer and linkbuilder. And they will work hand in hand for your project. They will also make sure everything is worked out and reporting is still done daily.

The Project Manager's are free as long as you hire 2 full time VA's. Again PM me for more details and if you need help with your projects let us know.

I contacted Jake a number of weeks ago, but we crossed signals (I missed the Skype message he sent). I got back in touch last week, asking for the 'trial'.

I sent a pretty involved 'task list' including opening SB accounts, bookmarking for over a dozen sites with specific keywords & tags, and some other tasks. Most importantly, I asked for reporting, and to communicate directly with the VA.

The next day I received a very well-done spreadsheet including all the SB accounts that were opened, login details, etc. Also on the spreadsheet was each site I had given, plus the URL to the bookmark that was made, and it was all well-organized on a multi-page worksheet.

There were a few tasks that weren't addressed, but as soon as I mentioned it, Jake offered to follow up directly with the VA.

The following day I began putting together another task list. I also emailed Jake asking about arranging direct Skype communication. About 5 minutes after sending the email, I get Skyped by a young woman in RP.

We messaged back and forth for a bit so I could go into a little more depth and detail about my backlinking and bookmarking requirements. She was well-spoken, perfectly good English, and completely understood everything I spoke to her about.

Of course it's only been 2 days, but I'm impressed enough with the VA that Jake assigned (full-time) - and that was my biggest concern, that they be fairly intelligent and speak reasonably good English, and that I be able to communicate directly with them - that I've asked to begin setting up a 2nd full-time VA w/ Project Manager.

My initial impressions are very positive, and my confidence is pretty high.
