Just wanted to mention I've been using the service of a half time VA from 1st page web search for about a month now and have been happy with the service.

While it takes a bit of time initially to train for specific tasks, once trained, my VA is very good, and gets things done and is also responsive and communicative. I hope to continue working together for a long time.

Hi guys,

By next week I will have 4 more FULL TIME VA's available for work. We have some issues with people who are taking advantage of the 2 day trial, after the trial not confirming if they are happy with the work or not.

So starting today, the process of hiring of VA will be,

1. Send me a PM or email at admin@firstpagewebsearch.com, and make sure you add the email address to your trusted or your safe sender list, I am having issue where our emails are going to spam folders. Email me all the details, do you need full time or part time and the skills you are looking for.

2. We need to discuss the payment together with the trial. So if you need a full time VA that would me $75 minus the 2 day trial so you need to pay $45 to have the work started. If you are not happy with the work we will REFUND the payment ASAP.

3. Our minimum commitment for a VA would be 1 month. Since we will loose productivity and hope everyone understand the cost of supervision, management and computers.

4. Starting next week we will start accepting hourly work. Rate per hour will be $2 and minimum commitment per week is 10 hours.

My communication was all done via email. The VA would usually send me an email when she got to work in the morning, which was around 3:30 pm my time, pacific time, so that is about 6:30 am their time. Then after she finished the work she would send me a report on what was accomplished, and ask for any feedback that I wanted to give. She was very eager to please me and wanted to know what she could do to serve my needs better. She did an excelent job. Production was a little slow at first but still acceptable. At the end of the term I hired her for her production was over what I had hoped for, so I was very happy.

I don't know if Jake has any other means to communicate or not, but email worked fine for me. I know he has said that it would be possible for them to work on US time if you needed. But again, that was not necessary for my situation.

Thank you. If you hire an SEO VA they can do multiple task as long as it's SEO related, keyword research, link building, blog commenting, etc.

what about short and simple re-writes?
i think somewhere in the ball park of 3 per hour is more realistic for this kind of writing.
