I just want to say that I went through the first training video today, and it is easy to follow & understand. Shannon also seems to be a natural teacher, which is missing in many "take you by the hand" programs.

I also like how this is a 6 mth program. Too many times I've started, but found motivating myself to keep going, difficult. This way I only have to concentrate on small bites at a time.

Thank you for this opportunity Shannon. And if you are new to IM (I've been around the block, but haven't gotten out of the neighborhood!), this is a solid plan that I am ready to follow!

Shannon also seems to be a natural teacher, which is missing in many "take you by the hand" programs. I also like how this is a 6 mth program. Too many times I've started, but found motivating myself to keep going, difficult. This way I only have to concentrate on small bites at a time. Thank you for this opportunity Shannon. And if you are new to IM (I've been around the block, but haven't gotten out of the neighborhood!), this is a solid plan that I am ready to follow! Ann
