I dont use any of these social sites. If i got this would i have to do anything at those sites other than sign up for them? I dont know how to build a fan page and so forth. And if i was than starting with zero traffic at the sites, where would the traffic come from, organically?

Yes, the more Instaviral continues to post to those sites, the greater the chances of receiving organic traffic and also traffic from within the networks themselves. If you promote those profiles a bit by building a few backlinks and promoting them inside of the social networks, then the traffic payoff can be much bigger over time.
