Yeah it seems to be stuck for me as well. I have sent several pms to Steve but haven't received a response. I also emailed the info/support address to no avail also. Would really like to know whats going on here as the course seemed like it would hit the ground running. Hope everything is alright on your end Steve, if not you have my condolences and everyone is pulling for you, if it is, an update would be great.

This is a case of Bad Planning.

I've been gone since last Wednesday in California for my sister's wedding. Also spent my girlfriend's and I's anniversary there as well. These things were long planned, but you know us "men", we can't remember a thing, and I planned the course right in this mix up of wonderful events. Bottom line, I apologize for the inconvenience, but the course will continue, and your questions will be answered.

Most likely the course will continue tomorrow for I do have a lot of catch up to do with emails and questions.

Don't bother, it's a complete scam. I have doubts about whether he ever intended to offer a course. It seems to me that this thread was started just to give him people for his list so he could promote his new forum. He said he didn't have time to both offer the course and answer questions so he's only answering questions - which, IMO, makes him a liar and a scammer... I'd suggest not doing any sort of business with someone who makes all kinds of empty promises and continues telling lies about what he's offering until the day he sends the email. Not really the kind of person I want to either learn from or do any sort of business with.

Yes the Free Course which cost nothing to you was a complete scam... I scammed sll these people out of the hard earned $0.00 dollars.

Oh and promote my new forum, which happens to also be free... oh and not a forum.

The course was there, but it got changed due to my personal and business issues, sorry I couldn't help you out.

Cost doesn't matter. When you promise X and deliver Y then that means you lied. There's really no ifs, ands or buts about it. Unless you developed your forum (or whatever it is) in 1 day you had more than enough opportunity to come on here and say something along these lines:

"Hey guys, this sucks but due to personal and business time crunch issues I'm not going to be able to deliver X like I said I would. Instead, I'm in the process of developing Y which I think will be helpful with A, B and C. I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and I hope to see you on Y."

That would be the professional, appropriate way to respond. What you did was lie. When people asked what the status was, you said the emails were starting on the 15th. What you didn't say was that the emails would have nothing to do with what you'd promised to deliver.

It makes me wonder...if you can't deliver on something free that you've been promising for months, why would I ever believe that you'd deliver on something paid? It's a matter of keeping your word or, if you're not able to do that, letting people know in advance rather than making empty promises for months and then retracting them with no warning. That's a pretty sad way to run a business.

Well again I apologize, your right it was a poor way in communication and releasing of any information, but you have to understand I have priorities and things do fail...

So this was a failure... and that is business.

I explained why it failed, I feel it needs no furthur explanation, but I've certainly have not scammed anyone.

I'm going to make a last annoucement on November 1st for the new dates.

After I make a few changes, restructure my material, and develop a better
teaching model I will be launching the course.

I'm intrigued on utilizing Adobe Connect which is a mass webinar software because the material of my course is hands-on, I want to have literal class through this software that I can host 2,500 students with. Not only would it be a better learning environment, but it would be a commitment on both our sides creating a better teaching environment.

So, let me figure that all out, and Nov 1st I'll announce the actual dates.
