Sorry about the scare. I developed crippling spasms in my lower back around 1PM in the morning leaving my office (thankfully just down the hall from earshot of my wife asleep in bed). By Sunday morning I was unable to sit for any length of time without painful spasms. Monday and Tuesday was a haze of pain killers and therapy.
