(2). Is this basically a type of scenario in which I provide the dimensions, color scheme and a link to the website (To see the current header) and you can run with it?

I just received the first two drafts of a Header order and my team picked the first draft. Here's what I'd say about the LogoNerds service.

I just received another header and it was WAY MORE than what we had expected in terms of its ability to convey the message we were desiring.

LogoNerds not only nailed it! They N-A-I-L-E-D it!

Most IMers don't realize the significant impact graphics (i.e., logos, headers and layouts) play on their CTR, bounce rate and opt-ins. I've had countless times that I changed website headers, layouts and even logos and saw an increase in CTR.

All concepts are delivered within 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or major Holidays. I see your order was placed on Friday the 9th. (That was also a long weekend) This is the reason for your delay.

intoAM: the design is yours once the finals are delivered but depending on where we source our images, they have rules on how you can use them. You can definitely use them for your own use on websites etc.... but, if you`re looking to resell the headers in packages, then we should discuss through PM and see how we can accommodate you by using images from the proper sources.
