This could be a very good inputs for the employees to work out their plan of action t have a good approach to their career. This would help them match the requirements of the company and also do better than expected. I liked the phrase that's used to have a better impact of the product which says "Sell to the masses and eat with the classes." This would help reduce the unemployment due to unsatisfied results by the employee.
