I'm CST. Recruits come from all over the USA. Can recruit any time zone - no problem.

I work for a very reasonable flat-fee, recruiting the individual(s) for you. Generally want to see a commitment from employer of an hourly wage - whether candidate is working part-time or full-time.

This shows a commitment on the part of the employer - amongst other things.
