Was this list created from co-reg or from a directory batch file of sort?

If you have the email addresses, great, but to fully comply.... I would need the legals with it.

Sorry I actually forgot to subscribe to this thread so I missed your message

The list is a database of US RE agents not an opt in or co reg list.
It was compiled from multiple sources where RE agents
voluntarily include their contact details.

Most (about 90%) of the listings include an email address
The physical addresses are NCOA verified within the last 30 days

Other services selling this type of database online sell it for $1000 and up

This is a business directory database such as you would get from any mailing list broker for telemarketing or direct mail. This list just happens to also include an email address for each broker.

Spam is any unsolicited mass email, if that is your intention you are missing the full value of this list and probably shouldn't buy it.

Contacting these brokers about something specific to their interest with a personalized email containing the brokers name, address etc ... it is more likley to be opened, read and taken seriously.

I am using the list myself I did not send out a mass mailing. I hired sales reps who work on commission and they contact the brokers manually via phone and email then we follow up with email or snail mail.
