the TOS seems in conflict with the sales page. if we were to purchase 10 sites, do we get full rights to the content, ebooks, software, website, domain, etc? Could we sell it to a third party at any time?

Also, what marketplace do they put it on for affiliates? Clickbank? Do they pay the fees?

And, if we choose a niche, are we stuck with the product(s) that they provide, or can we approve which ones we buy?

You get full rights to the products that they create for you, so unless there's something specifically prohibited in the TOS, you can do virtually whatever you want with them

I say virtually because there are a few minor restrictions such as the following excerpt, found in section 2.1 of the TOS:

but you may not move the elements we provide to you to a different page or to a different website or use them outside of the website which is the subject of this Agreement without Champ’s prior express written consent.

I would assume that they'll be set-up on Clickbank and the fees will be paid for you, yes. Since they recently launched, they're probably swamped with emails, so just be patient and they should get back to you soon.

Remember, this is manual work. You can't just look at your finished product, decide you want another one, and then get them to create a different one for you. You do have a 30 day money back guarantee, but I'm sure you've already seen what Jamie and his team can do and I don't think you'll be disappointed with the results.

Good questions, and the short answer is none.

The long answer is that I don't purchase everything that I promote for a few reasons: it either doesn't fit with what I want my own business to be like (such as in this case; I'd rather create my own products), I get review copies, or I trust the product creators enough to know that their products/services are worth promoting.

Every product and service that is launched in the IM space claims that you can make big money with it, whether implicitly or explicitly. The reason why the overwhelming majority of people who get involved with IM fail is because they fail to make use of the products or services they invest in.

From what i understand, if you get the 10 sites, you can get a custom website, however the template is available then to everyone else to use or purchase... not very "unique" when that happens..

The affiliate network they use is not Clickbank. It's called Payzeno. I have never heard of them before. has anyone else?
