I am an affiliate marketer from Nigeria and don't have a US phone number, I find it difficult to post my adverts on Craiglist, the message;authentication via phone number.

You'll need some proxies and some PVAs. Craigslist has come down hard on spammers and you will absolutely need US proxies and US PVAs to have your ads stick on CL.
