Looking for beta testers for a microblog-network-cms

Hello everyone,

we have recently launched a new service at NicheStars.com - a miniblog-cms for huge niche networks maintainance and need a few beta-testers.

NicheStars is a niche-microblog-network CMS (content management system) that allows you to maintain countless microsites over huge networks of hosts/locations from one single control panel.

It allows you to create new sites in under a minute; interlink all sites in your network automatically (based on their tags, host location to have links from different IPs, etc.) or manually via one single click; it comes with auto-generated feeds for all your sites and automatic pinging after each post to major blog services and much more.

We have tested the system thoroughly. However we need new beta-testers to make sure everything works fine: we need bugs reports, suggestions and feedback.

As an example, if you have a main site you want to promote and various hosts where you want to setup "hub pages" using wordpress to link to the main site - use nichestars instead of wordpress!:

1. It is much faster. If you have to generate 20-30 new "hub-blogs", you will notice the difference in how much time you save - at least half an hour per blog or even more!

2. Use your main site's url as a "sponsor url" and all your miniblog's keywords in your posts will automatically link to you main site.

Your miniblog network is easy to maintain from bird's-eye view, so you never lose control of what you have made.

sorry, there was a weekly system update which made the website unavailable for ca. 15 minutes.

1st I got the same error message as others got and then I was able to register but email took forever to be sent.
Once I received email with the password, I have tried and tried to sign in with password that was emailed to me but it just keeps taking me back to the login page.

cathy, have you followed the link in your email? You have to click it in order to activate your account.

Tayweb, please check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes the the email lands there. Otherwise you can go to NicheStars.com Projects: account.forgot , enter your email and a new password will be sent to you (dont forget to click the activation link(

Checked my email, spam folder, waited 20 minutes, resubmitted through forgot my password link. Hey I know, it does not work...........Why launch with less then the ability to actually let people sign up........

Lol, seems that this issue is realted to this: Amazon EC2 email blocked by antispam group Spamhaus
Seems that spamhouse has flagged amazon's EC2 cloud as spam due to some issues and a few mail servers (like yahoo) refuse to talk to our mail server (since NicheStars runs in Amazon ec2 cloud). It will problably take a few days for amazon/spamhouse fix this issues. Meanwhile you can try using another email address (gmail, for example).

Frustrating login experience.

Got the email with PW and when pasting it in and entering captcha I just taken back to the same screen. After about 10 tries I gave up.

It seems working properly to me.
But, I need to study its functions more.

I'm not experience some trouble in login or some sort of that.
So, it is nice to be the beta-tester for your service.

Will check back for some more review and bug reports if I found any.

Reg, have you followed the activation link in your email? If not, it won't let you in.
First click the link, then log in. Hope that helps!
