All I can say about Jrox technologies is they offer top notch programs and the price is very reasonable the 50 user limit is for afiliates if your using the JAM or the users if your using JEM I use this JAM product myself They do a tremendous job so I recommend if you like the program buy the full version that is unrestricted.

Jerome, I'm glad I saw this thread. Maybe you can answer a question.

I downloaded and installed JEM today and have started to configure it, thinking that it might do everything I needed because it seemed to be not only an ecommerce program but also might work with affiliates as it has a manage commissions and affiliate payments sections.

I also note that it seems JAM as an affiliate management program relies upon affiliate links only.

I'm looking for something that my sales force (once I get one!) can sell my product over the phone, have the prospect/customer go to my website and purchase. They would enter a discount/coupon code with the sales person's (affiliate) code.

Obviously it would be difficult to have an affiliate/sales person give a URL with affiliate code to someone on the phone, so they would have to just give the root URL and then prompt the prospect to enter the discount coupon.

And of course then the affiliate/telephone rep needs a way to track their sales, commissions and payments.

Can Jrox handle this? Would I need both programs or could just one or the other handle it?

Yes Duff, the JEM software can give out affiliate coupon codes that the user can enter on checkout if they want. those codes can be assigned to an affiliate so that they get credit for the purchase. Hope that answers your question.
