We have our own office and I don't have any employee remotely. All are being supervised by me. Clients must send a copy of the tasks to me so that I will know the details being assigned to my staffs and at the same time to ensure that it is being done accordingly by the writer.

The writing style was different in both articles but that is understandable under the circumstances. I assume that once I develop a relationship with one of your writers I can give guidance on the writing style so it is a minor issue for me. I will clean up the articles and test them on a few article sites and let you know how that goes. Next week is Christmas for us so I will be taking the next two weeks for family and to deal with a personal matter that requires my attention at this time. I will get back to you in January to arrange purchasing some of your writer’s time for other articles. I had a few questions for the OP and he answered each time I asked. He was patient, thorough, and reassuring. So I decided to try the daily rate and give it a trial go. The batch I received was not totally what I had requested, but when I replied to him with my concerns, he promptly took care of it. He emailed me back that they'd be redone with no extra charge to myself. If that in and of itself is not good service, I don't know what is. He had the batch back to me within 24 hours (less I do believe). The returned batch was exactly what I wanted. Exactly. The articles themselves are easy to read and flow nicely. They are not filled with technical mumbo jumbo and do not jump all over the place. There are very few spelling errors and even fewer grammatical errors. For the rate (day/week/month), this cannot be beat. Simply put, it is well worth the money invested. I'm asking for the first open spot again because I can really see me getting my money's worth from this team. The customer service is stellar, the turnaround times are on point, and the writing is not some crappy bottom dollar quality. The OP seems to really take pride in his business/name and conducts himself in such a manner. Whenever you have someone willing to make their name/rep solid gold, you know you are in good hands. Definitely would recommend (though I'd like them all to myself). Can't wait to do business with again.
