First you said you were busy during the weekend, so did not reply me.
Then you claimed that you did not receive any keywords or specification for the article I purchased. (I PMed you the keywords and titles immediately after my payment on 31 Oct)
So I emailed you my requirements again (3 Nov), so far no response.
Why am I still waiting? I feel that I am being ripped off.

We can't keep track of keywords and details that are PM'd to us and figure out what email and what person it goes to. That is why we had to email you for the details, which weren't included in the order you placed with us.
