It's a good but, in my opinion, quite limited life span, idea.

Once YouTube folk realise that there's money to be made from their antics, the cost will rocket. And I predict a tidal wave of copycat YouTube vids being made to cash-in, which may dilute the possibility of lasering-in on those few money-makers.

But, for a while, it'll be a very good, hitherto overlooked, marketing tool.

Marketing on youtube has been around for about 2 years in the mainstream now! So i highly doubt that.

However about a year ago now they did stop you being able to inflate your views automatically 'bot' but there are still some work arounds but are not as effective but that's more blackhat marketing.

Anyway what he says is basically, find a vid that has over 50K viewers and is still active (check stats in youtube). If the vid owner is not an advertiser (no links in description and his profile has no links) and possibly is a bit of a sucker (hell, if my vids had 50K viewers I'd be milking them dry)

So, I am interested in your views, on the face of it it sound pretty damn convincing, but I checked his demo video on youtube, some dude got over 550k views on his colonic irrigation vid and has no ads or links. Thoght I'd test it and the dude only receives email from friends and he only has about 25. So, maybe he's up to something ....
Also, went searching for other 50K+ vids, and most are affiliated someway, so I conclude that this may have worked for George but may no longer work which is why he's giving it away free + of course then he'll sell you everything else and upsell you and membership you ad nauseum.

So, another something that sound good but is in all likelihood a pile of the old proverbial, damn this business has a whiff about it....

I'd like to know how you can determine the current approximate monthly views of a YouTube video from that Statistics Graph. How do you know if the video traffic has already peaked or not. Many of the video stats I viewed only have the most recent data point entries from 2009 or 2008. I would think that you would have to purchase the account. If you only purchased a link, then it would have a short lifetime since the next highest bidder will replace your link.

Thoughts?

Well apart from what looks like an attempted but failed cookie stuffing on this thread you make a good point.

That method kinda sucks and like you many others have already gone and tried to contact people just like that but then new top videos do come out all the time.

As for your second point, why would I buy from someone who gives me a free method that doen't work, or works under certain conditions when the moon is in the seventh sky only, but won't tell me that?

Well george you would either offer to buy the account or just a permenant link in the description. Most of these people will be more than happy to make some money on youtube and they don't know the true value of it either!

Anyhow... the method does work but isn't the best way to use youtube to make cash, just a good way if you find and can get those links from other users!
