I just signed up to this today and I think it is good system.
eProspectFinder uses AlertPay for payments and it is free to join.
I recommend that you sign up to AlertPay first because I ended up having to create two accounts as I wasn't aware I chose the wrong kind (you need a Business account and I thought I'd get the middle range account).
AlertPay attempts to rush you into 'verifying' your account by asking you send in 2 forms of identification by mail or web but it is not absolutely necessary to do this unless you live in Canada (just what I've been told) or you are ready to withdraw money. They say it takes up to 10 days to verify after i.d is sent but if you call them they will move you up the list for being a pain.
