I would advise you to stop selling these packages.

A word of caution here. There are some stolen copyrighted articles in this bundle.

I happen to know this for a fact because I have authored some of them for my own sites and I have not given up rights to them. Some of these may have come from Ezine Articles and have probably been stripped of their authors accreditations.

I purchased the whole bundle and found some of my own articles minus my writing credits.

For those of you who may have already purchased these, make sure that you check them out before you publish them, you may be in violation of copyright laws.

Could you please show me the articles that are yours and what ezine they came from. I replied to your PM but I would like to know since the majority of the articles came from a database that they owner closed down and the articles were then sold to limited people with resell rights. He owned all the copyright to the articles as far as I know and I would like to know since your the first to say anything about this. Now several of the articles are out their if you google the headings but that would most likely be due to the fact this package has been sold to people and all of its PLR. I have found several articles that are posted with several different authors on different databases. Anyway please inform of of which articles are yours and the database they are in so I can check it out cause I would need that to take the original owner looking for some answers.

I have sent you a private email regarding this subject. Thanks for getting back to me.

If you check out the original publish dates from EzineArticles.com which were I think were back in 2005, you will see that I was the original author and have allowed publishing my articles with live links only and a bottom accreditation box. These articles were never meant to be nor allowed to be rewritten as PLR.

Obviously there are people out there who scrape content and pass it off as PLR material. These two were easy to find because they are actually about my own life experiences.

If a couple of my articles made it into the bundle, you can bet there are others from other authors as well.

Can you please tell me which articles are yours? I need this to bring up to the person I bought the articles from. Also if they are your originals then I will remove them if you would like. But need to know which one's yours first.

I had already written you in private to your email address, the two articles are discussed there.

Your bundle holds over 100,000 articles . . .

I have not been able to sort through every one of them yet.

The two articles that raised the red flag were: "10 Ways To Hold Your Focus", and "Set Your Mind To Win". (found in the Self Improvement > Goal Setting Folder)

Both of these were originally written in 2004 and submitted to EzineArticles in 2005. They are only to be published with my resource box and live links back to my site. They are certainly not PLR material, by any stretch of the imagination.

Yes, please remove these from the package . . . but there may be more in other folders. You are selling your bundle as PLR material and it is very much in question as to whether the source is reliable.

Sorry I didnt get your email Guess it didnt go through. Anyway I found your two articles and i am in the process of removing them. It looks like someone scraped your article and posted it on the article directory that this came from. The source of the articles was a directory that you submited articles and in return you got reward points that you could purchase services or products. I also did a quick search and noticed your articles have been posted several times with several different authors and dont have a link back. Either way I am sorry about the troubles here and will remove them promptly.

Of course, one of the problems with all of us publishing on the web is that very often we have to put up with many unscrupulous people stealing our content and passing it off as their own.

I would really like to purchase this but now I'm a bit wary that there may be other articles in there that may be copyrighted. Once you can assure us that all the articles are real PLR, free of copyright then I'll purchase.

I bought this package and within 5 minutes found more copyrighted articles in it. Four articles under this title:

"4 Secrets to Turn Any Business Into a Successful Web Business" by Lynn VanDyke.

These articles are listed in EZA and are included in the PLR package without her resource box.
