38 long-tail domains for sale, including some page 1 blogs!

38 Keyword-Rich Long-Tail Domains For Sale!!

Don't waste your time doing hours of keyword research, looking for long-tail domains in profitable niches because I've done it for you!!

End of last year, I was following the Super Simple Blogging (SSB) course, and went into keyword research in a big way. I spent days searching for keyphrases with low competition and high value. I then went looking for domain names that included the keyphrases I'd found. And I found them - 38 of them to be precise.

Unfortunately, Real Life (tm) got in the way, and I just didn't have the time to milk these domains for all they're worth. I got pulled into a big (non-IM) project, and I'm crying at the thought of these domains going to waste.

I'm offering them for sale, first-come, first-served. I can only sell a domain name once, so this is truly an one-off chance to get your hands on these domains. They are all listed lower down.

So here's the deal. These are all registered until January 2012 (another 17 months before you need to renew them), and are direct long-tail keyword phrases, meaning that I found keyphrases with low SEO competition and high SEO value, and registered domains that matched the phrases. Whoever buys these will get the numbers I used to rate them. In many cases this is in a .msam file, which you can load into Market Samurai to see the numbers (the free trial is easily long enough to check all this out, so you don't need to buy it if you don't have it), but in some other cases the information is in .xls files, screenshots from Traffic Travis or plain old text files. Either way, there's a reasonable amount of background to each domain.

I've even done the grunt work for monetising these domains for you!
I only registered domains where I could find a good affiliate source to monetise them. Most of the domains use a single affiliate program that covers physical goods and services - which is a much higher-paying market than digital information products. Obviously I'll give you the details of the affiliate program and the products.

Three of these domains were registered following some research on Clickbank. As I got more into the idea, I realised that there's way more money to be made in physical products and services than in Clickbank products, but I already had these three domains registered. You can either use them for Clickbank, or find physical products that go with them and make money that way. The other 5 domains are all related to real products or services from the affiliate program, and have good commissions.

All you have to do is add the articles and the monetising links
If you followed the SSB course, or you are into PLR, you'll know that producing good articles for blogs is very quick and easy. When I started this, I was a complete newbie, but quickly found I could research and write five articles in a couple of hours - starting from no knowledge of the subject at all! It doesn't take long to build these blogs.

Included here are some ready-built blogs already on page one of Google!
When I started registering these domains, I began building blogs as I went along. I then found it too distracting to flip between researching phrases and domains, and building blogs, so I went full-steam into research. However, I did complete some blogs, and even with the little marketing I did, got them onto the first page of Google!

It's worth pointing out here that these are all .co.uk or .org.uk domains, which means no .com, .org etc. I did this partly because I'm in the UK, but mainly because the UK market is way easier to get ranked than the US. All Google results mentioned below refer to Google. Note that even if you're not in the UK, you can still target the UK market, and with the UK-based affiliate program I'm using, you can build a steady stream of passive income easy!

So, here are the niches

Energy suppliers
Seven domains here, two aimed at businesses, three aimed at people looking to compare energy suppliers, and one aimed at people looking for alternate forms of energy. One domain has a blog set up with five posts, and is #5 on the first page of Google for its keyphrase.

Diet and weight loss
Two domains, including a real gem of a misspelling! A highly competitive common word that practically no-one has optimised for!

Forex trading
Everyone knows you don't bother trying to compete in this market, because there are so many people trying it. Well, I found a domain that uses a phrase that has surprisingly low competition, but is as valuable as the main Forex keyphrases.

Weight lifting and body building
Four domains, three directly in the muscle building niche, and one in the sports vitamins niche. One of these domains has a blog already set up, with five optimised articles, and currently appears at #4 or #5 of the first page in Google for its keyphrase.

Quality footwear
Two domains, one of which has a blog already set up, and appears at #4 on the first page in Google without a space in the keyphrase (ie "applesauce"), and at #1 with the space (ie "apple sauce")! This is a nice high-commission niche, with three good suppliers in the affiliate program.

Luxury car hire
Four domains, all related to hiring luxury sports cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche). The commissions on this luxury service are very attractive.

Holidays
Six domains, two related to last minute holidays, two related to mobile home holidays, one for cheap summer holidays and one for holidays in Ireland. All have high-paying affiliate programs. One domain has a blog already set up with five articles, and appears at #2 on the first page of Google for its phrase.

Languages
Two domains related to learning a foreign language. Both were intended to be used with Clickbank products, but could be used with other things as well.

Life insurance
It was extremely hard to find anything in this highly competitive niche, but I came across one keyphrase that had an exact domain available. This phrase had a reasonably low competition, but great commissions.

Memory mattresses
Due to coming across a very common spelling mistake that no-one was optimising for, I managed to register two domains with very low competition and high SEO value. One has a blog set up with five pages, but is not on the first two pages of Google yet. This is because I set this one up just before I got pulled into my new project, and I didn't have time to do much marketing. Both domains have a great potential as there are great commissions on these items, especially when people buy a new bed to go with (as seems quite common).

Leather furniture
Three domains, all related to leather furniture. This stuff is very expensive, so the affiliate commissions are fantastic! One of the domains has a blog set up, and appears at #4 on the first page in Google for its target phrase.

Watching TV on your PC
This is the other domain that I originally intended to be used with a Clickbank product. I didn't bother with Clickbank after I saw the much higher potential of real products (much bigger commissions and a lot less competition), but this one still has value.

Financial
One domain related to the highly lucrative tax-free savings niche.

Mobile phones for business
Two domains in a very lucrative niche. Business contracts for mobiles seem to be of higher value than domestic ones, so the commissions are good.

It is next to impossible to bid unless you know the keyword. Something appears at #1 or #2 is great, but how do you think one can decide to bid just because of the fact that it ranks high? Ranking high for "weight loss" and ranking high for "how fat are you" are very different.

I do hope you get great bids, but personally I don't see a single way that I could bid only with this much information.

OK, I've had quite a few PMs from people who are interested, but want more specific information. I decided that I'm going to take a chance and post the domains here. I'll have to trust people not to go and register similar domains and capialise on my work.

Here is a full list of the domains sorted by niche. The keyphrases will be obvious from the domain names themselves. Ignore any "my" "the" or similar in the domain names, they are just stop words so I could get domains that matched the phrases exactly.

I've marked the ones with Google ranking below. Remember these are all for google.co.uk and were observed when browsing from the UK. If you use google.co.uk from another country, you may see different results as Google tries to match the results to your location. Just to add on to this, I forgot to point out that almost all of these domains have blogs set up, although they are mostly the default installation.

However, this does mean that they are already indexed in Google, so you won't have to worry about getting them indexed.
