Do u mean these comments,articles in total or per niche?

flipping sites is a totally different scenario than reselling the content as it is.

The restriction is for reselling the content seoarately.

that's in total per month. They're split between 10 new niches each month, so you get 25 articles and 10 comments per niche per month.

I'm sorry this has upset you.

I created a reseller website using Jeremy's templates. I was totally upfront about it in my post, and it was obviously enough "my own" to be approved.

There is a prohibition on membership sites where the owner has picked up a stack of resale rights and/or plr products in WSOs and offers them to the membership. This case is different.

My site offers particular bonuses and benefits that are different from other poeple's offerings and the standard price levels are comparable with several other reseller sites that I know of.

I'm simply offering the Warrior members a limited time opportunity to access my site at a very special price. The offer does have a time limit, and won't be continuing indefinitely.

I am accutely aware that there are a lot of people who probably can't afford even the relatively low prices on the site. I distinctly remember having a very limited budget when starting out - and for a long while afterwards. And I wanted to do something for people in that same boat.

I'm not likely to monopolise all the prospects in a week and a bit.

I know you both have a lot more history here than I do, but I think I need to remind you of a couple of things:

1. I've been totally upfront about what my site is - it's mentioned within the first 3 lines of the post!

2. Have you read the updated WSO submission procedure? The WSO is APPROVED by an Admin BEFORE it goes live. I would think that Admin has a better understanding of the criteria than either you or I do.

So, if it's been approved you can't really pick fault with me about it.

And here is probably not the appropriate place to do it anyway.

because I've been upfront about my site and anyone who reads the post can see that it's from the SCGM7 (AND ADMIN has APPROVED it), the only reason I can think of for you lurking here and so assiduously harping on that is that you're trying to torpedo my offer, for some reason. (Sour grapes that you didn't try first, maybe?)

And, I'd also remind you that that's against the rules:

Hello Michael,

Far from lurking about and trying to torpedo your offer I was initially trying to find out if you had anything for me to buy that was uniquely yours.

While I did come back to read your response I answered amy's question with an informative answer without any reference to either of us.

I find it amazing that you would suggest I check the rules of the forum.

1. All WSO's Must Be Something You Created. A Product Of Your Own. (A package of ebooks someone threw together is not considered a product and will be deleted) This is completely self explanatory and not up for debate. If you yourself did not create the product do not post it here."

The thing that amazes me is this has been approved and yet the graphics even have Jeremy Burns name on them.

I have reported this WSO to Admin but looks like they are happy with it as it is still here.
I feel this should have been a classified ad instead of a WSO.
THe reason i am posting on here is i was initially interested but now it looks like the rules are being broken i am not

Just because the MODS approved the offer does not mean that it has not broken the rules.

The MODS cannot be aware of every single product and every single PLR or reseller system there is. They just check that the offer appears legitimate, is not offensive and does not contain any glaring irregularities. It is then up to the members of this forum to point out if the offer is "suspect" in any way i.e. a rehashed PLR product, a non-unique product or just a blatant breach of the rules.

That's what this forum is good at, policing itself and making other members aware of any discrepancies that may have been overlooked in the initial moderation stage. There have been many examples of this recently.

I have purchased a monthly membership from you as for $5 it is, as you say, far lower than other people are offering reselling this SCG package. Therefore, going by the rules, I am fully entitled to post a comment on the offer.

I have to agree with the others. This is not a unique product, you have created a membership site with PLR content that is from another source that is being offered all over the internet via other resellers of the same system. It does not matter what bonuses and other padding is used on the site, the core offer you are presenting is a reseller site for a PLR product ...... period.

I hope you can see the point I, and the others, are trying to make and take it as constructive and not in any way abusive or harmful.

I understand what you're saying, and if Admin agrees, then I guess they'll move it. I am willing to accept the umpire's decision.

I appreciate that you've presented your case in a constructive and polite way.

Forgive me if I disagree, and forgive me if I've over-reacted, but Eric's tone seemed more than just constructive criticism right from the start - he was effectively accusing me of breaking the rules from his first post - apparently without taking into consideration that Admin now approves them before they go live.

If he then has an issue about it, the appropriate action would have been to PM either me with a comment, or the Admin for a ruling, not attack me in the public forum.

Secondly, Eric and SpudDS seem either unable or unwilling to grasp a couple of fundamental facts.

1. Who sets the rules in the first place? Admin

2. So, who's in a better position to understand the rules, both the letter and the intent? Admin

3. Who best to interpret and apply those rules? Admin

Granted, the Admin (or Mods) may miss something occassionally, but that doesn't mean that Eric & SpudDS have the right to attack my integrity. I left the decision about whether or not this was an appropriate WSO in the hands of the Admin (fully disclosing the connection with SCGM7) and as far as I'm concerned they made their decision.

Surely Eric's & SpudDS' issue is not with me.

As I said, the Admin makes the rules, the Admin knows best how they should be interpreted and applied.

Jeff, you do mention that this forum is good at policing itself, but I've noticed that SOME (i.e. a few) members are also good at sniping, criticising and attacking with very little reason.

In the end, it appears that Eric has achieved what he set out to do. He's ensured there was not a lot of response to my offer, whatever the real reason.

Though I may not entirely agree with all of it, I appreciate and respect it.

Michael, questioning the validity of your WSO is not the same as questioning your integrity. Perhaps you didn't realize it broke the rules. In my opinion it's not a valid WSO, because it is a PLR resale rights item produced by someone else. That pretty clearly goes against WSO rules.

The reason behind such a rule is that a number of us have access to the same material and we could all be running WSO's for basically the same thing. If it was allowed, I'd like to run a WSO for mine also, as would Eric I'm sure.

I'm sure this just slipped by whoever approved it. Whether your offer will be disallowed as a WSO remains to be seen I guess, but you shouldn't take any of this personally because it's not. Discussing the WSO rules doesn't translate into an attack on you, we're only trying to keep things fair.

I still feel (rightly or wrongly) that Eric's posts were:

a) more negative in tone, and

b) for a different reason.

Anyway, I was going to move the post to the classified section today to stop the controversy, but Admin has beaten me to it. I'm sorry I was so mistaken and caused the issue in the first place.
