You can use it even if you have no experiences with IM.
If you are already accepted at least at one CPA you will set it up faster as if you are not accepted. But I will show you in the ebook how you get accepted too.

Yes I do because scammers tend to have low post counts, post their offer and then bugger off never to be seen again.

PayPal will not issue a refund for a digital product regardless of what your problem with it is. Been there, tried it, gave up. PayPal are as useful as a chocolate teapot in that department.

If someone pays your for product and is not happy with the purchase, you should always give a refund. No questions asked.

On the other hand, this gentleman stated quite clearly that his method is "grey hat"... meaning if the CPA network knows what you're doing, they probably would choose not to pay you.
