Actually, I do not. I always keep what I build. I am focused on developing some of my current sites so that is why I am letting these names be sold. If they don't sell I'll eventually develop them, but I would keep what I build as it is worth much more to me long term, and if it wasn't worth keeping I wouldn't feel right about selling them.
