I've build twice MLM groups of over 4,000 members and seen too many companies (even reputable) come and go. There are some doubts in MO.

#1 no information of qualification requirements to receive commission (like how many you need to enroll personally for the different levels of compensation)
#2 several of the offered member services (products) will not be used by majority of members and therefore do not represent a perceived high value
#3 TOS allow provider (company) to promote other products to the members (additional way to possibly push responder,ebook etc.) and maybe other 3rd party products
#4 a 2x15 matrix = over 65,000 members to be filled to receive a re-entry position
#5 when individual member's group grows, upgrade is necessary to stay in contact with all his/her members due to limitation of permitted contacts (ex: Within WebProsperity Premium Package the Customer is able to use WebProsperity Meeting tool for organizing 5 web-based conferences a with maximum of 50 phone conference recipients.)

If they would have included somehow a version of the autoresponder system for general usage, it would have a much higher value to join and even stay in the program. Sorry to be negative on this one, but starting $30 per month plus higher, just too tough for todays environment.

Yup, no charge.

These, along with things like an "Address Book" and a
"Meeting Tool" are the kinds of web tools that
WebProsperity will be providing for $60 a month.

So, the $64,000 question is this:

Can you justify going with an integration provider,
with possible inferior service featrues, just because
there's a residual compensation model attached to their
offerings?

Or, just because David D'Arcangelo is leading the
charge? (Hey, we're surely not the pot calling the
kettle black here. It's quite obvious we got caught
up in "name branding" -- think Deepak Chopra -- with
Zrii too).

With many a person shouting that they have "the absolute
perfect opportunity, or online business model, in the
history of the entire universe," it’s hard for even
experienced entrepreneurs to not get carried away by
the hype (again, this happens to us occasionally too --
so this friendly reminder serves us well also).

As a well-known industry watchdog is fond of saying:
"Hype is designed to recruit you, not inform or educate
you."

QUESTION #2) Is it something you want, need, or have
already got value from anyway? Or, said differently:

Would you use this product, even if you couldn’t make
money promoting it?

If you don't have an emotional tie and unwavering
dedication to the product that you're promoting, you
will have a very hard time convincing others to buy it.

However, we just don't know if we'd be willing to replace
