I know what licensing is and yes I do. I designed them, I bought proper licenses for images I didn't take myself, I can do what is I want with them, so in answer to your question. Yes.

Coming straight from the rules section of this forum. Nowhere does it say 30 posts or any other number. Are you trying to harm this person's WSO? There's strict rules against that, you know?

Would you mind showing me where these graphics came from? You are telling me that they are allowing you to distribute them in layered .psd files and also giving you permission to grant others the right to sell/use them as well?

I would love to find rights such as these, so please tell me your source so I can verify that I get the rights to sell these images.

I understand that you made them. Where did you get the stock photography that you use in many of them? Did you take the pictures as well? Do you own the stock photos that you used? Just because you bought rights to use them for yourself does not give you the right to give them or allow other people to sell them. Unless you took those pictures for yourself or bought some very expensive rights. I just want to be clear and know what I am getting if I would decide to buy this.

the lecture on photo use aside, I know what I can do with the photos I bought and what I cannot do. I do good work, it's legal, and way above board. This is what i do for a living, my work is quality work, and I don't use outdated software or images on my products, I know what is worth the investment, and what isn't. You may want to look into it yourself.

Although this has been posted on my site, I'll copy it here. If you have further questions visit a standard stock photo site.
Anyone is free to contact me personally I'm glad to answer any questions. Busy client week, so I can't really come back here too much today, but live help is on my sites.

A good rule of thumb..when in doubt, don't.

these restrictions include me not selling the actual photo, exceeding the usage of 10k, giving the photo away for free, adding the photo to a collection of images to sell,etc.

No one is questioning you about the quality of your work. Yes my site has become dated and I am in the process of updating it. I am not attacking you, as you are me. I am just inquiring so I can be safe. The reason I stopped working on my site a few years back was because of the image licensing.

I am not out to attack you and would be interested in what you have but I don't think you understand that by giving the customer a layered .pfd you are giving away the graphic for them to use and or resell and is not legal unless you purchsed the extended License

The LICENSE you pasted is an extended license:

Extended Licenses for Using Our Imagery:

Web Usage (W-EL):

Sell the Rights (SR-EL):
This license represents a full ownership of the downloaded image. The buyer can use it exclusively (exclusivity applies from the moment that the file was downloaded using this license), and include it in any type of design with just a few restrictions: sensitive subjects may still apply and the buyer may not claim that the file was created by him nor resell it as a photo.
The agency will disable the image immediately after the buyer acquired this license. The photographer is required to disable the file permanently from all other places where he may sell it, as soon as possible after the sale occurred, but no longer than 72 hours. The photographer acknowledge and agrees to provide the buyer with full ownership for the file retrieved using the SR-EL license.

Have you purchased both extended licenses from this site? Can you give me proof? That is all I want to know before purchasing from you.

I have yet to find a cheap way to buy "Sell the Rights" license let alone just the "web usage" license.


I agree that you are able to sell templates by buying extended rights. But the graphics needs to be flattened to the template you are selling. Plus then giving resell rights is a whole different story. I know because this is something that stopped me from doing something very similar 3 years ago.

Again, don’t take this as personal. I just need to know so I can be safe.

Come to think of it you would only need to but the Sell the Rights (SR-EL). Since you have the rights none other are needed.

I understand that you are convinced that everything is cool, but we are still anxious about this issue. I am not sure there is anything you can say except that you would pick up the bill if we are sued. ;P

Also, a question for the fellow who questioned whether you are eligible to sell here.

Is a post in the Classifieds section considered a WSO? I don't think so.

Now I will take a look at those graphics you are offering.

I think you should make it clear that in order for others to be able to sell these graphics that they will need to purchase the Web Usage (W-EL) which cost $50.00 per image or a bit less if you buy in bulk. Just as I thought you can not transfer these rights and let others sell them. unless they purchase the same rights for each image.

If you bought the: Sell the Rights (SR-EL) then you can do what you are doing. According to the support at the site where you bought them, this license costs from $350 to thousands of dollars, depending on the individual graphic.

So which license have you purchased? And are you sure you have the right to transfer it as you are now?

I don't want to see any Warriors get into trouble by doing something that is not legal. If you bought the SR-EL then just let us know and all will be good.

I agree with Mark. I smell something fishy about Brains lack of wanting to be upfront about the graphics

It leads me to believe Linda is trying to hide something.

Until we get an answer to what Mark has asked, I think its safe to say.. that no many are going to be rushing to buy.

nothing fishy about why I removed the offering, not trying to hide a thing, just making it easier for people to purchase without problem, and allow me to work on clients, why I refuse to disclose my financial dealings with any private seller or public stock photo site, isn't anyone's business is it?
So I am removing what may cause any sort of panic in people and moving along, redoing with my own stock photos, and bc, if you would like a rundown on my photos, what settings I use, what type of camera and perhaps my complete credit report, just drop me a note

hi mark, Instead of causing worries with photo stock, I'm just redoing everything in photoshop and vector, as well as simply taking stock photos myself. podcast packs will be ready shortly as well as video frames.
