Ryan I might be interested but before I disclose the site, I would like to know what income multiples you look at. My site averages $400 to $500 per month (£320 for Sept, £280 for October) , has held number one position consistently and requires little to no maintenance. But I have a business opportunity that I need to raise some cash hence why I am tempted to sell it. Can you pm me please if you are interested but I am not prepared to tell you site name and uniques etc without knowing more about your business  . I am sure you understand my being a little wary. It would be great if you would post your multiples here in the thread so that i can also see what kind of multiples you would be offering or what you base your offer on.
