I will give me answer here.

The difference between the 2 section is the time between blast.

With the monthly packages I build you 10.000 backlinks in a month and with the usual package you get the same amount in the a day or two.

The only difference is the time in which your backlinks are build.

The reason I make 2 separte section is that I meet customer how said that the number of backlinks are too many for their site to be build in one blast, and they was afraid that their website will be put in the sandbox(penalize) by google. So to offer a service for all the request I make the Monthy Section.

Now.. from my experience.

I build 50.000 backlinks in one blast for a 3 month website and I did not get any problem.

More than that, I do not thing backlinks can harm your site, It is possible to see some SERP's downgrade or elimination but you will get up again even higher. And this because for google old site=good site, so it downgrade your website to maturate and the put your website back or higher.

If backlinks can hurm your site so easy, why no one blast the competitors website with an outrages number of backlinks to make google penalize the competition and get them out of the way? Google do not know how build the backlinks.. So? why this not happen?

The reason is because after the maturation period the competitors website will come back more powerfull.
