Terry - The agent only appears on the main page - www.exitpageagent.com - not the WSO page. Didn't want to overdo it

as a side note -- You can also customize the Exit Page Agent to come up once the user has closed the browser rather than "right before" as the sample version on my page shows. It's all fully customizable within the software.

After testing your live agent out I have to say... this is an absolute no brainer!

I signed up for the more expensive solution when it came out months ago, and it never worked properly... it would take up to 3 full minutes to load, and it would end up jamming peoples' computers so they'd have to reboot just to use their computer again. I finally ended up getting a refund.

In all fairness to Dave Guindon, who created Virtual Smart Agent could you clarify, Holly, if it was Dave's software that you had problems with, or with one of the monthly services ?

I've worked quite a bit with VSA and am impressed with it as a piece of software, as well as with the customer support he has provided to one of my clients. I don't have, nor have I had, any prior contact with Dave outside of having purchased VSA. My involvement is that I provide VSA customization services for others.

Can you tell us how the programming support is provided? Is it outsourced? Or what?

Because one of my clients has sold VSA to a number of their clients, your solution would be one that might well be of interest to us, as they may have more clients who might be interested at a cheaper price...but it would be nice to know more about the details of the software development and support.
