Refunds have to go via affiliates unless purchased directly from product owner. If you had bought it via warriorplus (Lexico LLC), their helpdesk will have to refund you.

If you take a look at this product by the same seller you'll notice that this is not the first time that he has disappointed his customers. I bought that other product but never got it. Even though I politely contacted the seller several times he never delivered the product. It seems like he's disappointing people here again.
