We would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to comply with all legal requirements for advertising, both under the laws of the United States and the country in which you live.

Additional FTC regulations take effect on March 1, 2012, that you would be wise to understand and comply with. These concern the new FTC BizOpp Rule. See the thread at New FTC Biz Op Rule - Effective March 1st, 2012 - Is it a Game Changer?

Be sure to read the document written by Brian Kindsvater (username: kindsvater) that he links to in his post a bit down the thread. Do not just assume that your offer does not fall under the new rule.

This applies to all existing ads on this forum, including ads posted prior to the change in regulations.

Also note that the moderators will not answer questions about the standing of your offer as it relates to this rule.

As of April 15, 2013, we are no longer accepting ads for Empower Network, High Traffic Academy, or Big Idea Mastermind.
