Hi, sounds like a decent system but not sure if it does what I want.

I'm looking for a project management system (I have one I got built for one of my services) that allows me to assign tasks to specific staff members.

So for example say there are 3 tasks to complete the job.

Task 1 - Write an article
Task 2 - Spin article
Task 3 - submit article

What I want to be able to do is set each of the tasks to a different employee. So the writer logs in and sees all their tasks they have to do. Once they finish the task they hit complete and it drops into the spinners (in the example above) workflow/tasks. When the spinner hits complete it goes to the submitter.

Not sure if your system has that functionality? If you can build it I would be a customer and so would plenty of other providers.

Sure you can!

You can even automate it, so that when an order is received, it automatically creates a task (and assigns it to an employee, if necessary).
