Great question / concern. Most of the sites affected by the panda / penguin update were personal website owners trying to spam the index with thousands of spun pages, or low quality article directories attempting to game the system (and over optimization of anchor text).

1) I canceled because nobody addressed my concerns during the free trial. When you did answer my questions, I input new billing info. I asked your cust service to verify you had it, and was told they do. Then nothing happened.

2) I then ordered a set of backlinks using another email address. This membership was going OK, until today.

Your response above deals with exactly what I asked about via a ticket, but I wonder whether you read all exchanges for it did cause me some concern as a new customer.

Sanjay during after my order sent a test Web 2.0 submissino to me, and in the email notifying asked the question: "We use spun articles and unique manual written articles both for creating blogs. Kindly let us know if you would like us to use manual written articles instead of spun. If you would opt for manual articles then please let us know."

I responded it was fine, and that manual seems better -- as would be better quality. So I asked the differences. Received the response: "Obviously manual written articles are more better than spun. If you want us to use manual written articles then, It will cost you around $2 per article."

I responded to just do what you normally do, but I couldn't help feel like why bother asking the question if manual costs more and leave that important detail out.

Your post above addresses this issue, but seems to conflict what Sanjay said. So I'm a little confused if manual articles are largely used.
