Of course it's only been 2 days, but I'm impressed enough with the VA that Jake assigned (full-time) - and that was my biggest concern, that they be fairly intelligent and speak reasonably good English, and that I be able to communicate directly with them - that I've asked to begin setting up a 2nd full-time VA w/ Project Manager.

My initial impressions are very positive, and my confidence is pretty high.

The VA assigned to me did tasks as expected each day and had experience of different back-linking methods. It has been a pleasure to work with these professionals. I got to a stage where I let him get on with it and trusted what was going on. That is a nice feeling and rare in today's world of outsourcing.

Of course it's only been 2 days, but I'm impressed enough with the VA that Jake assigned (full-time) - and that was my biggest concern, that they be fairly intelligent and speak reasonably good English, and that I be able to communicate directly with them - that I've asked to begin setting up a 2nd full-time VA w/ Project Manager.

My initial impressions are very positive, and my confidence is pretty high.

We have given you updates daily, we will give you extra weeks for the days/weeks that was not worked.

We are doing our best to get the work out everyday eventhough with the disadvantage of having power outages everyday.

As I said, we already purchased a backup generator so that we will continue working even with the power problems. We are providing what we advertised, for years we have been doing that. You have to understand, this just started this month and its been affecting almost all the city:

This is not something we are happy about and situation is just out of control this and we promise things will be better on the next few days.

Warriors.. I guess it's your call.

But.. clearly you're not going to get any work done if they have no power.. ( They say they have a back up generator now, but who knows. They've said something about getting one for a couple of weeks now. Maybe they're serious this time. )

They did contact me, and say they would provide a refund. ( I asked for 1/2 my money back) So, they seem to be honestly trying to make things right at least.

For what it's worth, the VAs they assigned to me were ok. A few mistakes here and there, but they were quick learners. I have no complaints about the general quality of the work... just the quantity. (it's hard to work with no power.)

But.. I have them build everything manually. .. if you're going to have them use software, I'm sure they can still blast out 1,000 links a day for you, and you probably won't have any issues with this company.

IF they resolve their power issues, I would consider working with them, and probably even recommend them, but so far it has been far from a pleasant experience.
