Most people use their own click tracking program
I would suggest ClixTrac - Free Banner Tracking, Link Tracking, Ad Tracking and Click Tracking as it shows you ip addresses & where the click came from (browser or email, ect) and its free.

Also, I only just started this service, so I don't mail that often
