Time, the only time things went a bit wonky (but the sites were all still up, just couldn't log into your members area, cpanel still worked) was when they did a server upgrade. But my websites were still up and I could still make changes and so forth. MIB yes you need hosting, but you want to make sure you have everything you need and the ability to expand...which is what I offer

Just a quick comment

Having used Eriks service before I have found him to be an excellent resource, all my questions were answered extremely quick considering we are on other side of the globe to each other.
I changed my name servers for my blog and sent email to Erik and within minutes he was back onto me with my site set up and hosted with him.
Everything has been and is working fine.

Highly recommend any of Eriks services.
