What Gail is offering here is not a solo ad sent to her list but use of the following website to drive random traffic, evident by my Awstats:



This runs inline with Gails 154 clicks which she argues to have sent me according to Adtrack gold.

The source of traffic is from a traffic exchange website:

Buyers clearly don't have an option to use their swipe because there is no swipe (nor email) involved.

It's simply stone cold traffic directed to a specified site.

This also explains why Gail has no control over days / timing.

I have no dog in this hunt....my experience with working with Gail did not start out right. The day we agreed on did not happen, due to her autoresponder acting up.

Long story short, it was delayed about a day and half. I just was not pleased with it. I had a few sign ups, but it is time for people to stop putting up with medicore customer service.

I had to contact her to find out that my swipe was not going out on the time we we agreed upon.

Dan it is really no need to continue. You have stated your opinion with facts. My experience was similar to yours, but i had a few sign ups with mine though.

I might add that I've got no personal malice against Gail. She was quite polite pre-sale and there was no negative tone in our communication - on the off chance I actually received a reply. There are too many people on the WF who post because they have an axe to grind. I'm just not one of them.

This was just unfortunate and it's not the first time I bought a solo to have traffic driven by a traffic exchange service.

I did raise a PayPal claim which resulted in Gails favour which I'll just take upon the chin.

I can only hope it's raised awareness on Gails part so that she can deliver a more honest result to the next person using the proper channels that define what a "solo" should actually be.

I ordered 200 clicks on Sunday night (GMT) after a conversation with Gail about her packages and we confirmed that my solo would be sent on MONDAY. I confirmed this several times.

Monday arrived and I checked my clicks through Linktracker in the evening to no avail. Nothing had been sent.


The long and short of it is this:

* I had no clicks until WEDNESDAY (UK time).
* Only 101 clicks were delivered in accordance with Linktracker.
* Opt-in was at a mere 8-10% on a page which converts at 40% average.
* Clicks were delivered in a sudden torrent stopping abruptly raising suspision. No clicks followed the day after.
* Communication from Gail was virtually non existant after order regardless of her being online on Skype. Endless excuses persued. 3 Skype questions ignored and 3 emails at different intervals.
* Gail refused to even agree to a partial refund of 50% for the troubles and refused to admit wrongdoings.



I show below the chatlog from Skype and I summon the person reading to draw your own conclusions as to when my solo should have been sent and exactly why I question Gails integrity and honesty:

The image above shows a torrent of 101 clicks in a single day with a sudden stop - not usual of a solo.

200 clicks were ordered.

I received a mere 19 opt-ins for $90.




* 72 Hours has surpassed since ordering and gail refused to even meet at 50% refund based upon the proposition that her link tracker reports 154 clicks, which still isn't even 200 and as mentioned and few people were even opting in on a high converting page.

Gail states that it is 72 hours after she sends however it's now approaching that mark too and I still don't have the 200 clicks I ordered.

Additionally, as mentioned, my solo wasn't even sent on the agreed day. This cost me money as I had to cancel other things to be able to track opt-ins acurrately in a single list. No compensation or regard was given to this fact upon discussing with Gail recently.

An offer of an amicable refund of 50% was refused.



Overall

This is my very first negative review here on the WF. Even when I have a bad experience I'll using just skip along merrily however this one has had me worn out.

The lack of communication, the excuses for it and above all the denial of that which you see on the Skype cha log has deemed me to give the heads up.

It was clear to me that Gail takes an order, does her best to make the sale...and then just does whatever she chooses, however people can draw their own conclusions.


Gail, please note that this is beyond number of clicks. The experience as a whole has been regretable. The Monday / Tuesday issue only became a true issue too when you took me for fool to suggest that I was booked in for Tuesday because of my order time after we agreed Monday. That, as a matter of principle is poor effort indeed.

I hope you can use this a basis for improvement and I wish you the best in your future business.

Daniel my experience was different from yours and others that have bought solos from Gail. I am sorry this was your experience. Do you have tracking software to track your clicks?
If it is a free site I would strongly recommend adtrax gold. I am a newbie and not an adtrax affiliate but I find their tracking to be exceptional. Having this sort of tracking set up has helped me to see what clicks come from whom. Gail's screen shot correlated exactly with mine. Sorry you had this experience Daniel but I would give Gail another go.Forgive me if you find my response to your post offensive.
