All he does to collect the clicks is to run "blind" swipes that say nothing in the copy. He is also very arrogant and would not answer me after sending him 3 emails. He finally responded when I told him that I would go to Paypal and ask for a refund. When he did he was very rude and made a threat to vilify me within all his "friends" who run other solos.
I am not some disgruntled customer trying to get back at him or anything. I just think sellers like him should be brought out and made to do what's right.
If you don't believe me just opt in to his list and see the crap he does with his list. You'll get curiosity seekers who will not opt in to your list. His only interest is to take the money from you and deliver the so called clicks.

I was hoping to not get into this on my solo thread. Everyone - Here is the bottom line. He claims that he sent me 3 emails. I had never received them. I double & triple checked. They were not in my spam folder either. This person from the beginning was very difficult to deal with. Obviously there was some sort of communication error on his end. My responses to him were stirred purely out of disbelief at the requests that he was demanding. Those of you that have done business with me should be able to attest that my solo list is & will continue to be a quality list. I had a feeling that this transaction would end in this manner. It just really shows this individuals level of professionalism. I do not like to have transactions end on a sour note, however, I am learning that there are some people that you just cannot please.

I think I should chime in at this point of the thread (I don't do a lot of "testimonials" but here is one that is warranted).
I purchased a 100 click/3 month solo from Jim which started back in early March (then the 2nd in early Apr). I was pretty much a novice and he was only the 6th or 7th seller that I had dealt with. I found Jim on a "recommended" solo ad list that I obtained from James Francis whom I trust explicitly and went with him due to his testimonials but mainly his decent pricing (the 3month deal is VERY good). I dealt with Jim directly thru Skype which for me was quick and simple. Jim was on there quite often and for good lengths of time. I had no trouble finding and speaking directly to him and always got good, courteous, understandable answers even though I was probably asking pretty newbie questions he had heard a 1,000 x before.
Bottom line is ... I haven't finished my 1st batch of 3 yet and I've already book a 2nd batch that will take me up to August!!
If other quality solo sellers would do this I would snap it up as it is a dead, dumb easy way to get your solos in rotation with out all that "who's got an opening this week" crap.
Oh Yah... BTW on my 1st 100 click he over delivered by 13% and I got a very good optin rate and on the 2nd he over delivered clicks and my opt in rate ended up at 49.61% which is just shy of my average. All this at bargain click prices. I'm sure not complaining at that!

Nader... I couldn't read your outrageous comments above and NOT respond to your ( I am not some disgruntled customer routine) That's exactly what you are... sore that your offer didn't convert.

That's your failure... not the failure of the solo seller.

You bought clicks... did Jim deliver the number of clicks ordered you bought ? YES or No ?

If YES... then you got what you paid for. Solo sellers are not responsible for your sign-ups... sales... or profit. You are buying viewers (eye-balls) for a few precious seconds. If your offer doesn't appeal to a broad IM audience ... then you wasted your money.

The service you are expecting would cost at least $.75 cents a click and have to be negotiated
with the seller before sending any traffic.

I can guarantee Jim delivered (probably over-delivered on clicks) and within 72 hours. He ALWAYS comes through... and I'll keep buying thousands of high quality clicks from him because he cares about his customers. His list is fresh and his prices offer great value.

I've done business with Jim for years now. Jim knows his stuff! After years of list building and dealing with people, I've got to say you always get one that thinks that their optin page is the best on the planet and they should get tons of sales and 100% optins. The truth is one needs to test their page and tweek to make it appealing to folks. As already mentioned Jims job was to deliver the clicks.

With that said Jim is a person you can trust for clicks. I noticed someone asked how big his list was. That's non- of your business. That's like asking how old is your wife, or how much money do you have in the bank. Jim did a great job on answering that. Asking questions is good, like what marketing nich is your list, have you sent this before, if so how long ago..stuff like that.

Well Jim as a "professional" you would know that you should never threaten your customer. You should also know that if you don't "receive" emails, as you claim, at least when I give you copies of those said emails, that the right thing to do is to apologize, not to continue to be rude.
I see you have brought out your friends all of a sudden to give you positive feedback.
All i have to say is my experience was less than pleasant on two fronts. One the fact that you threatened your customer who was simply trying to get your attention. And two, the fact that you send crap swipes with fake offers of them having won a sweepstakes and to click to get their reward.
Yes you do deliver clicks, but i can get those kind of clicks easily from variety of sources that send crap traffic that never converts. In fact fiverr will sell them for $5 for 500 clicks.
As I said before, the proof is in the pudding. Whoever suspects that I'm just hot about this, just subscribe to his list for a couple of days before you buy.

I don't care to continue this thread either. I believe in buyer beware and the experience with you has made me be more aware of what I could run into. You sound very sincere and sweet here, and hope that you will be the same after you get the money as well now. You are one of at least 15 different solo sellers that I have dealt with and by far your way of dealing with me was the least professional of all.
