In what programming language(s) is the software written?

A few questions for you:

1. Who are you? I'd love to know who I'm doing business with before I buy.

2. Did you develop this software? Ie. are you the original owner/copyright holder or is any of it based on source code or does it come from products you purchased from another company?

3. Has any component of any of these software titles been obtained from any third party company ie. site, content, headline etc templates.... have any templates been used in the generator type software where the copyright is owned by that company or are all template content in all the apps 100% original?

4. Have all these software titles been installed and tested on and run without issue on vista as well as xp?

Hi Josh,

My real name is Raaj and I have been doing IM since end of last year and am fairly new. I also have a WSO in the WSO thread on an ebook I did and have several websites that I sell PLR and MRR stuff.

No I did not develop the software and I got it from another source and got the rights to resell them.

The software has been tested and works with Vista and XP. The code uses Delphi.

Thanks for sending me the license you obtained from the previous reseller Raaj.

I am now in the process of contacting that individual with the same questions to verify the license and attempt to locate the original copyright owner/creator to verify that license before buying.

It appears that the person who provided you the license may not actually be the original copyright owner so this is a necessary part of my due diligence.

For anyone else who wishes to contact the licensor to find out who is the original copyright owner or creator and verify the license before reselling here is the link:

The license refers to "March Source Code Madness" which in my research was put out by Jeff Levesque in 2007.

However that package was only 10 products. This would account for the source code products in your package offer but it does not account for the other resale rights titles in this offer which likely come from another source altogether.

It is important to verify the original copyright owner of these products in order to avoid any misunderstandings and legal hassles in the future as resellers.

I just heard back from the person who sold the license to Raaj.

He purchased the same license off another reseller in April of 2007 and provided me the same license with that resellers name on it and it appears the other reseller purchased the same license off someone else.

I know Jeff Levesque is the copyright owner of the 10 original source code products offered as part of his March Source Code Madness sale in 2007. As for the other 13 software with resale and giveaway rights I am not certain of their origination nor are the previous resellers of this package.

It appears that this package is viral now and probably worth the risk.
