I have several pages like that 8-15k fans, highly targeted as yours, not as viral though... When I was taking Don Wilson course on FB I created several of them in the dog niche, so as other friends of mine that I keep in contact with.

Pics I see on your timeline would not go that viral unless you promote every single post.

Page is worth not more than $150-200.

How much is this page making?

Prove me if I'm wrong (amazon, cpa?).

2) Since I have my Amazon % at the max, I am making over $50 per week just from this page alone. If you notice the other two sites I am offering, the funnel is set up great. With over 500 subs and growing, plus Shelti.es drops a cooking anytime an amazon pic is clicked there, decent money is made. Over 30 days worth of auto responder messages spread out 3 days apart, I still maintain a SEVENTY % open rate and a 30% CTR.

So do some math. $200/per month on average from Amazon alone. = $2400 a year. I ALWAYS sell things at least 2 - 3X ($7200 ish) that amount...and thats not even including the other avenues of monetization.

3) Over 50 breeding deals have been completed over private messaging where I have taken a cut in the middle.

4) there is a dog training product available from Clickbank where i made a custom JV Broker deal and every month host a webinar using both leads and ad's to generate a good chunk of change.

If you have pages with 8 - 15k fans and is just as active you should be able to do BETTER than I have and should be selling those accordingly.

Where you are getting $150 - $200 is mind blowing, but i can already tell this page is out of your league, so move on

Actually he is giving you a fair price range, maybe you can go up to $500 with the website.
Practically everyone is in the dog the niche, pretty easy to get into.

If your including your method of getting $200 per month, that increases it by a bit.

Lets do some simple math here. I post an amazon link with the image AND in my auto responder messages I have amazon links.

Doing that simple "method" AND keeping the fans happy with cute pics, I am banking $50 week = $200 Month consistently for past year.

Lets assume this was not a Facebook page and it was an..Adsense page earning $200 a month. Does that make it worth $500 then? Hellll no...you would be an idiot to price it that low.

Sure there is a group of people doing the Dog Niche...but they sure as hell aint doing it right or how I have been doing it. Maybey their unactive / low paying dog pages are worth $500, but definitely NOT mine. There is still a LARGE handful of people that haven't even dived into Facebook. This page is ready to run out of the box and is perfect for anyone that has money to invest in their portfolio.

At the end of the day, this is not a thread to come disagree about the price. The current price is what I have evaluated it being worth and I will not accept low ballers. If you can afford it and require more info, then PM me..otherwise...take a hike y'all!

The asking price is what YOU think its worth , not potential buyers. Folks see the quantitative value of this, where you see that plus the effort you put in. It's a great page, but hey, I can put my house on the market today for $1,000,000 and never get it.

Yes I know all about quantitative value. I have sold a few condos in my life here in Toronto and also rent out a few presently.

At the end of the day, the evaluation of this makes sense and also priced it high to keep out in the trolls and I am in no hurry to sell it. When someone has some game and wants to discuss some real MINIMUM FOUR digit values in the ball park of my asking, then we can talk. Until then, could really care less about what they think its worth

Yes there is a particular reason why I post the FB url at the top of each post. It is because when people virally share those images for me, it allows their friends to see the page and our of sheer curiosity they click the link, then in MANY MANY cases they end up liking the page. Thus, FREE likes

Well not sure if you have seen the original post here, but I have already lowered it from 9k to 5k on this page, after several evaluation discussions with fellow Warriors.

I would be happy to break up the payment arrangement into phases if necessary, but at this point would be more interested in the MAX you would be willing to spend and we may go from there. I am not saying 5k is my bottomline by any means, but someone who can seriously succeed with this page is going to need to meet me close.
