|  Blog Monetization Expert Needed

We have a blog that is getting around 400k pageviews and 200k+ unique visitors per month. We also have 220k+ Facebook fans. We are currently using Adsense and we have a couple of direct advertisers. We have tried affiliate products in the past but had no success. We are looking for someone with an Internet Marketing background that has successfully monetized a blog in the past.
