Hi Gayleen,

1) It depends on the individual computer's system processing speed and internet connection. For myself I am online quite often in about a week my computer was fully backup. Back then my total data and documents was about 300GB.

I do have customers that have backup about 2-3TB without much issues. I have not consulted them how much time it took to back up that amount of data.

Speaking from my own perspective how fast it could back up was not so much of a concern for me as it was doing so at the background while I continue with my daily work and as and when I can check the system status of how the backup is going.

And whenever I have a new document on my pc etc. Once the software picks up there is a new file it will automatically start to backup that document.

2) As and when you are online and if you make changes to the document or data it will back up the file.

For example I am working on a client's graphic design for a flyer say flyer.psd as soon as I make amendments to the file and save it, after a few minutes once the software detects that there is a new document it will start the backup.

Of course this is if you set it to run on automatic.

If you set the software on schedule, it will only do so at the set period of time. For example, weekly.

And if sometimes customers feel that they do not want the software to keep running in the background they can off it and when they would want it to, do a manual run and then backup their files.

3) The Dino Briefcase itself is a secured "live" drive online to explain it is like a portable hard disk drive or thumbdrive without carrying one.

The Dino Briefcase is using the same technology as Dino Backup only major difference is you can amend files, sync and share using Dino Briefcase.

If you are asking if there is mirror for Dino Briefcase, the answer is no as it is not necessary. Meaning if your computer crashed suddenly and you lost your Dino Briefcase on your PC. When you go online your files will still be there on your online Dino Briefcase drive/folders.

Hi for warriors it is $10 per year for unlimited number of PCs that you own. It creates a mirror image of your pc. So in the event you need to restore some lost files you could do so. For this plan it is only backup of PC, you cannot use it as a file storage (uploading or storage of files).

If you need file storage then its the $50 plan it has both backup features (unlimited) and a file storage for up to 500gb.
