Its a wordpress plugin, so you will need to have your own blog to install it (on your own domain).

There are a couple of OTOs, but I can honestly say that FOR ONCE, the OTOs are products that are related to EngageRocket and not necessary to make the plugin work.

The OTOs are basically a bundle of extra plugins that serve various functions. Engage Rocket, as a stand-alone product, is VERY good by itself.

Hi, Engage Rocket is a tool that uses the Facebook Open Graph technology to post 'stories' on people's timelines...

Its not really a tool to interact and send notifications to your Facebook subscribers/fans. Its a highly specialized tool to help automatically spread your content (and giveways) far and wide.
