Here’s what happens with your typical “high-pr” links. You submit some content the link network and it gets posted on a blog, say a PR 4 blog.

For a time being, that blog post is featured on the front page of the blog (where ALL of the link-juice is since the homepage is a PR 4) and your rankings skyrocket.

But sooner or later, as more content is published on the blog, your post gets pushed off the front page, and now the only link to your site from the PR 4 blog is from an internal page (which is PR 0…yeah sure…maybe 6 months down the road it will become a PR 1 link, but it’s never going to be PR 4).

And because your link is no longer receiving that sweet PR 4 link juice your rankings will drop and will not come back up.

Ok, now for some frequently asked questions

Q. Are these “black-hat” links and will they get me penalized?

A. Well, technically any links that you pay for are black-hat, according to Google. But there’s BLACK-HAT (spamming the daylights outta sites?) and then there’s “black/grey-hat” (purchasing quality, non-spammy, links). These are the latter type.

These involve absolutely ZERO spam and during the 1 1/2 years that I’ve been using these types of links, I have never witnessed a site being penalized for using these links.

That being said, there is a chance of an anchor-text over-optimization penalty, but that’s all on you (if too high of a percentage of links coming to your site all have the same exact anchor text, Google may penalize your ranking for that keyword). It has nothing to do with simply having a link from a blog network site. They’re two unrelated issues.

Plus, if you ever get paranoid that you are being penalized or want your links removed for any reason at all, you simply contact me and I take down all your links. Easy as that.

Q. How do I know that Google won’t find and index all of your blog network sites?

A. I’ve taken every possible precaution against Google detecting my blog network. There’s a 0.01% chance of that happening (barring a manual review by a Google employee…but they have much, much bigger fish to fry than me…again…Build My Rank ring a bell? Haha)

Every site is a totally different IP address, all spread out between different companies, have private nameservers and private registration. Every site is using a different wordpress theme.

There is absolutely NO interlinking done between my blog network sites and I don’t link to a money (or client’s site) from all of my blog network sites

I’ve been using and building up this blog network for 1 1/2 years and to-date I have never had a blog de-indexed.

Q. What kind of links do I get from these sites? (contextual, blogroll, footer, etc?)

A. All links are placed within content (contextual). The content is super-spun and has a uniqueness level of 80% or better.

You’ll never receive a footer or blogroll or any other type of link.

They’re always contextual.

Q. What do you do to eliminate any footprint from these links?

A. The links are placed in random places within the content.

The content itself is unique and post length always varies, as well as the addition of videos and pictures. It’s all totally random.

Links are drip-fed over time randomly, there will be no unnatural spike in links to your site.

Q. Do I receive a report containing the locations of all my links?

A. No! To protect the integrity of my blog network and keep it truly private, I do not send out reports listing where all your links are. I let you know when the links have been placed and then you’ll see ranking improvement.

You can still find the blog links though, just use a link-finding tool like Majestic SEO or SEO Spyglass and you’ll see the new links.

Q. Why am I selling spots on my private blog network?

A. I have a lot of different projects going on right now and this is a good way for me to raise some capital and one of those projects is marketing a full-service SEO package on this forum, so this is a good way to build my reputation and gather testimonials.

Q. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

A. No I do not. Since improvement in ranking takes more than just links, I can't guarantee you'll see ranking improvement. For example, if your on-page optimization is bad or if your site has already been penalized, or if you don't order enough links for a very competitive keyword you're not going to see ranking improvement.

Q. How soon are my links placed after I order?

A. Your first link will go up within 2-3 business days, depending on how busy we are. After that they are randomly drip-fed over the next 3 weeks.

Q. How soon can I expect to see results?

It all depends on the keywords you're going after and the level of competition. I'd look at the PR of the pages that are currently ranking for your targeted keyword. If they're mostly 1s and 0s, then the small or medium package would do the trick. if they're 2s, 3s and 4s, then it's goin take a larger package and more time.
