good idea, i have bought several ebooks lately about web flipping, but none of them show how to create a simple logo/header using gimp or photoshop and upload it. I can build a wp blog quite easy now, the only thing that holds me back is images, where to find them and the logo/header issue, i think you would find alot of noobs have the same trouble

That's pretty much all the costs unless you outsource the work or buy stock photos. I buy stock photos from istockphoto.com and they are pretty cheap.

The ebook is currently the same as Jason's ebook. I am a site flipper and have had a site flipping ebook on my to do list, but then I saw Jason's site listed on Sitepoint and read the ebook. His methods and mine are the same, the ebook is excellent and comprehensive. I'm going to add the above suggested topics to it and any others that people submit to me that are feasible. I will re-send the edited ebook to all who purchase the WSO.

I was able to sell start-up sites immediately, but to sell them for $1,000 or more ... the last couple of months have been good for that for me. But my sites normally go for a higher price than a lot of the $167 or less listings, so I've made great money flipping from the beginning.

If you mean by support, one on one mentoring, I don't have the time to do that. The ebook gives you a lot of information on how to go about flipping sites. What is the time you invest in building a site you flip? I mean, if you'd fully concentrate flipping sites you could easily make more than 20k a month, right?

I remember creating sites with 10 (unique!) articles took hours to eventually get a bit no higher than 100 bucks. Just not worth the effort. Outsourcing would probably be the better deal ROI-wise.

I normally have numerous pots on the stove at one time so I might be working on a site for a couple of days while also installing other sites for customers and building a custom site for someone else. A lot of people say it takes them an hour or two. I usually devote a day to it ... less than 8 hours but greater than 4. If you're going to locate good PLR and MMR material, do a custom logo, a custom ebook to match the site, great looking photos, etc. it takes time to do.

Doesn't really make a distinction. Most of my sites are sites with a combination of Amazon, affiliate ads and Adsense. You can make any kind of site you want to make.

Well, if you have good technical background, you're ahead of the game. If it's a start-up site, I spend a day on it. Custom logo, rounding up about 20 articles and a PLR ebook, getting ads for the site, etc.

If you want to go for big bucks, I like to keep a site about 6 months, get backlinks and make revenue.

I did sell 1 website in the last month. However, it was really hard to get people to even consider paying $100 dollard for it. although i eventually did find someone to pay this amount. I based my price on the fact that I got the domain to rank on the first page of google for the main keyword. So my question is...

Sure, but make sure you also post the url of the site you built and what you've done to it to increase it's value. If you use my ebook and make a low quality and ugly site, it isn't going to sell. If you create a unique, high quality site in a niche that buyers want to be in, it most likely will sell.

But my sites normally go for a higher price than a lot of the $167 or less listings, so I've made great money flipping from the beginning.

I remember creating sites with 10 (unique!) articles took hours to eventually get a bit no higher than 100 bucks. Just not worth the effort. Outsourcing would probably be the better deal ROI-wise. A lot of people say it takes them an hour or two. I usually devote a day to it ... less than 8 hours but greater than 4. If you're going to locate good PLR and MMR material, do a custom logo, a custom ebook to match the site, great looking photos, etc. it takes time to do.

I could figure it out tomorrow afternoon sometime (I think) but I would happily pay $17 to know it right now, as my time's worth more than 17/afternoon! Hell, if the book doesn't have it, tell me how or point me towards a tutorial and I'll happily buy the book in thanks. I write good content and know how to pump a site with backlinks and 2.0 sites etc--I just know jack on the technical end (which is why I build everything with WP software).

I have built websites before but that was over 8 years ago. So it would feel as though I am a newbie I suppose although I have good technical background...
