You can check out PPC spend, keywords they are targeting and it also does a great job showing estimated total organic traffic along with those keywords.

Is this service accurate? I mean the data we get should be some what accurate and uptodate too. With respect to accuracy I vote for SEM Rush and Compete.com.

I checked several pages with SEM rush and they give good real statistics.
